Opus holds staff and workload data, and we treat that responsibility seriously.

Hosted in Australia. Opus runs on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the Sydney region. Your data stays onshore.

Encrypted everywhere. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption.

Access is controlled. Single sign-on with multi-factor authentication, plus role-based permissions inside Opus, so people only see what their role allows.

Monitored and backed up. We use continuous threat detection across our environment, and your data is backed up daily.

Aligned with recognised standards. Our security controls align with ISO 27001 practices and Australian privacy requirements.
