Exporting a workplan

You can export any final workplan to PDF for record-keeping, audits or to give staff a copy of their agreed plan.

Open the workplan and choose the export option. The PDF includes the staff member's allocations, hours by activity type and the plan's approval status.

You can also export report data as CSV, XLS, PDF or ZIP. See Reports available in Opus.
