How data gets into Opus

Opus works with the data you already have.

Scheduled file imports. Most institutions send staff, course, unit and allocation data as CSV files over a secure transfer connection. Imports run automatically on a schedule, so Opus stays in step with your source systems and nobody uploads files by hand.

Flexible file formats. Your files don't need to match a rigid template. We configure column mappings for your institution during implementation, so you can usually send data in the format your systems already produce.

Data warehouse and API connections. Opus can connect to data warehouses such as Snowflake, and supports API integration where a direct connection makes more sense.
