Opus holds staff and workload data, and we take that responsibility seriously.

  • Hosted in Australia. Opus runs on Amazon Web Services in the Sydney region, so your data stays onshore.
  • Encrypted everywhere. We encrypt data in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256.
  • Controlled access. Single sign-on with multi-factor authentication, plus role-based permissions, means people only see what their role allows.
  • Monitored and backed up. We run continuous threat detection across our environment and back up your data daily.
  • Aligned with recognised standards. Our security controls align with ISO 27001 practices and Australian privacy requirements.
