Joining a Curio meeting in Microsoft Teams

Most Curio meetings run in Microsoft Teams. You don't need a Teams account to join.

Join a meeting

  1. Select the link in your calendar invitation.
  2. Choose "Continue on this browser" or open the Teams app. The desktop app gives the best experience.
  3. If asked, allow Teams to use your microphone and camera.

If something isn't working

You can't join. Check your internet connection, try Chrome or Edge, or restart your device.

Your audio or video isn't working. Check Teams can use your microphone and camera. In the meeting, open the "..." menu and choose Device settings. A headset often helps.

You can't see a shared screen. Wait a few seconds. If it still doesn't appear, leave and rejoin.

Tips

  • Join five minutes early to test your setup.
  • Mute when you're not speaking.
  • Use Raise hand to ask a question in larger meetings.
  • Use the chat for links and follow-up notes.
