My audio/video isn’t working

Make sure you’ve allowed Teams to access your microphone and camera.

Use a headset if your built-in mic or speakers aren’t working well.

Check your audio/video settings before or during the call (click the "…" menu > Device settings).
I can’t see the shared screen

Wait a moment – it can take a few seconds to load.

If it doesn’t appear, leave and rejoin the meeting.
