🛠 Troubleshooting tips

I can’t join the meeting

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Try opening the meeting link in a different browser (Chrome or Edge work best).

  • Restart your device and try again.

My audio/video isn’t working

  • Make sure you’ve allowed Teams to access your microphone and camera.

  • Use a headset if your built-in mic or speakers aren’t working well.

  • Check your audio/video settings before or during the call (click the "…" menu > Device settings).

I can’t see the shared screen

  • Wait a moment – it can take a few seconds to load.

  • If it doesn’t appear, leave and rejoin the meeting.

  • Join 5 minutes early to test your setup.

  • Mute your mic when you're not speaking.

  • Use the “Raise hand” ✋ feature to ask questions in larger meetings.
