Our approach to rich media

Rich media is a core part of how we design learning, not an add-on.

We combine learning design, storytelling and production craft to make media that looks good and helps people learn.

Purpose first

Every asset serves a learning purpose. A teaching video explains a concept, an animation makes an abstract idea concrete, an interactive builds a skill. We match media to course outcomes and learner needs from the start.

That starts in pre-production. Our learning designers work with you and your subject matter experts (SMEs) to decide which concepts suit rich media, which format will have most impact, and how each asset fits the wider learning sequence.

Partnership

We work closely with your instructors, SMEs and teams from concept to delivery. Clear workflows, flexible recording (including remote filming) and structured feedback keep production simple.

We guide SMEs through scripts, or support them to record without one if that suits them better. Our producers and animators work alongside our learning designers, so media is high quality and sound teaching. We're happy to work with your in-house media team, use existing footage or adapt materials for reuse, and we follow your brand and tone.

Quality

We use professional tools, from multi-camera setups and 4K video to studio-quality animation and illustration. All video and interactive media includes closed captions and alt text, and meets WCAG 2.2 AA.

We move each asset through script, storyboard, draft, review and final, using tools such as Asana and SharePoint for version control. Two rounds of feedback are included, and we invest early in shared expectations so sign-off needs little rework.
