Exporting a workplan

You can export any finalised workplan to PDF. This is useful for record-keeping, audits, and giving staff a copy of their agreed plan.

Open the workplan and choose the export option. The PDF includes the staff member's allocations, hours by activity type, and the plan's approval status.

Report data can also be exported in CSV, XLS, PDF, and ZIP formats. See Reports available in Opus for more.
